To cover your gas expenses you need to provide us with the following information:
If you choose to drive, SiteGround will cover your costs for gas + a bonus, however, please carpool with at least one of your colleagues - otherwise the company will not cover the expense and also the Planet would not be too happy :) After the event we’ll send you a list to fill in all the information above. Check your starting mileage from your departure city and ending mileage upon arrival at your home destination. Save your receipts as you will have to give them to the office managers in your office. IMPORTANT: SG reimburses original fuel only; if you have a modified fuel system (e.g. LPG, methane), please switch to your original fuel type for this trip and present the relevant receipts for it.
This year we have two hotel options: one is directly on the festival's grounds, and hence will be much noisier, the other is in a remote location (just a 5 minute ride away) and will be accessible by regular shuttles. Please specify which location you prefer and we will do our best to take your choice into consideration.
P.S. Please note that we are limited by the hotel availability, so as much as we would like to keep up with every preference, we might not be able to in every case.

Not all heroes wear capes: as we support our clients 24/7/366, we will have teams who will be scheduled to work during the event for Customer Service, Technical Support and System Administration. As always, we will make this number as small as possible in order for you to enjoy the event and our customers, to rely on our top customer service. We will also guarantee your comfort and working conditions during the shifts.
