Rules for Participation in SiteGround Team Retreat

To ensure a safe, pleasant, and calm atmosphere for everyone during the SiteGround Team Retreat, please familiarize yourself with and adhere to the following rules:

🚗 Transportation 

• When traveling by personal car – drive sensibly and responsibly. 
• If you are using the organized company transportation, please be punctual and adhere to the announced schedule.

🛎️ Accommodation and Stay 

• Upon checking in at Simantro Resort, inspect your room for any damages or defects. If you notice any irregularities, immediately inform the reception or the OM team. 
• Damages not reported in advance will be considered the guest’s responsibility upon departure.

 🛏️ During your Stay 

• Take care of the property within the complex. Do not move furniture or equipment without prior permission. 
• Do not leave valuables unattended – the complex is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. 
• Maintain silence and cleanliness – especially outside event times. 
• Walk only on the paths within the complex. Do not enter the open-air amphitheater and lawns on the complex’s premises. 
• Be mindful of your food intolerances and allergies and consumption of food and drinks.

🏞️ Tours and Activities 

If you have signed up for organized activities: 

• Strictly follow the instructions of the guides and adhere to the set routes if you have signed up for any of the tours. 
• Participation in each activity is voluntary; follow the instructions of the leaders of the specific activity.

🚭 Smoking 

• Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas. 
• The risk of fires in October remains high, so be cautious and avoid smoking even outside the complex, in grassy or wooded areas.

🌊 Pools and Sea Activities 

When using pools or entering the sea: 

• Assess your swimming skills. Swim only in permitted areas, without endangering yourself or others. 

• It is prohibited to: 

• • Enter the water outside the lifeguards’ and/or pool’s working hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), as well as after consuming alcohol. 

• • Night swimming in the sea or pools – for safety reasons.

🚫 Prohibitions During the Event 

During the entire stay, the following are prohibited: 

• Use or possession of prohibited substances (drugs, etc.) 
• Possession of weapons or weapon-like items 
• Aggressive or dangerous behavior, especially under the influence of alcohol 
• Use of dangerous or potentially harmful items/devices 
• Lighting fire
• Use of fireworks, smoke bombs, and other pyrotechnic devices

📍 These rules apply for the entire duration of the event from October 2 – 4, 2025.
